Q: When I go to the internet address of the Monitor, I only get a blank page/a page with a red cross in the top left corner. What is the problem?
A: You don't have the appropriate version of Java installed on your computer. Please visit the http://sun.java.com internet page and download the latest version of Java for your system.

Q: When the Java Runtime Enviroment loads, I get a question whether to trust the contents of the page currently loading. What should I answer?
A: If you wish to use all of the Monitor's features we would recommend you to answer 'Yes' or 'Always'.

Q: When I try to open the Online help and/or try to access the Bonsai information nothing happens. What is the problem?
