FrontEndART Software Ltd. proudly announces its participation in the Hungarian consortium of the international Mona Lisa project, which is implemented in cooperation with the University of Szeged and ELI-HU Nonprofit Ltd. The project is supported by ITEA, and funding will soon be applied for through the National Research, Development and Innovation Office (NKFIH) once the call for proposals becomes available.

Supporting Hardware-Software Integration

Cyber-physical systems (CPS) affect our safety and therefore must be reliable. Fragmentation of devices across the system development lifecycle results in knowledge loss, longer time-to-market, and increased costs.

The Mona Lisa project aims to manage the complexity of systems that require tight integration between software and hardware. Its goal is to integrate co-design throughout the development lifecycle, supported by visual analytics tools that enhance safety, diagnostics, and validation in various operating environments. The project also contributes to open-source efforts by developing supervisory solutions that are currently unavailable.

Development of Log Processing Technology

FrontEndART Software Ltd.’s specific task in the project—based on its existing logging and log processing technologies—is to explore code instrumentation and weaving techniques and define and implement instrumentation interfaces. Additionally, the company will be responsible for developing scalable visualizations of various information types and managing transitions between different levels of detail.

FrontEndART Software Ltd. is committed to advancing technological innovation and sustaining high industry standards. The ITEA-supported project offers an opportunity to leverage its outstanding expertise on an international stage.
